Quarterly visit ( once every 3 months ) each visit will do machine check up and general cleaning at customer site
One time deep cleaning every one year, the machine will be taken to our maintenance store (transfer to and from your store is included in this package)
This is a One ( 1 ) full year package per coffee machine
Spare parts is included, spare parts that fails under consumption and normal life time damage is included in this warranty. parts that is broken because of human mis handling or broken due to transfer is not covered.
customers with valid Essential BrewCare Package will benefit from low cost repair price per any other kitchen items like chillers, ovens, grinders etc.. at 150 QAR per item repair per visit
